If the recipient of your shipment is located outside the EU and you are not sending documents only, please also hand 1 copy of a pro forma or commercial invoice to the courier along with the partner's waybill. Our system will prepare this for you during the order process, but the sender is responsible for its contents.
If necessary, you can also download an editable pro forma and commercial invoice template from the document library.
Customs clearance is mandatory for shipments over the value of EUR 1,000 sent to destinations outside the EU. If your shipment falls into this category, or customs clearance is required for any other reason, download the documents applicable to the selected service provider from the document library. Hand the completed documents to the courier along with the waybill and the export invoice.
Please note that the customs clearance procedures of individual partners may differ. You can find detailed information about the applicable rules at the links below. DPD, EXO and GLS do not provide shipments to destinations outside the EU through Futárlista.
