Request for a Quote
From (1): country of origin and postal code.
To (2): a combination of country, city, and postal code is required. The recipient's details are provided using Google Geocoding. For certain countries, it may generate a postal code format or city name that is not suitable for the particular service provider, so not all service providers will be listed. A possible solution is to search for a different postal code format, or for combinations of country, city, and postal code.
Package (3): the number of pieces, type, dimensions, and weight of the shipment. In the Envelope (documents only, max. 0.5 kg) package type, you can only send paper-based documents; it is not suitable for shipping plastic cards, SD cards, etc. due to customs-related reasons.
Partners (4): Futárlista's partners, companies providing international and domestic courier services.

Based on the data provided above, it lists the quotes and estimated transit times by partner. Not all partners have services available to every country.
Express One provides road transport services exclusively within Hungary and the European Union. Payment methods: OTP Simple / bank card. The EXO shipping label is brought by the courier, so you do not need to print it.
DPD provides road transport services exclusively within Hungary and the European Union. Payment methods: OTP Simple / bank card. The DPD shipping label is brought by the courier, so you do not need to print it.
UPS offers air express and economy services for both international and domestic shipments. Payment methods: OTP Simple / bank card. You must hand the printed shipping documents to the courier.
FedEx offers air express and economy services for both international and domestic shipments. Payment methods: OTP Simple / bank card. You must hand the printed waybill to the courier.
GLS provides road transport services exclusively within Hungary and the European Union. Payment methods: OTP Simple / bank card. The GLS shipping label is brought by the courier; you cannot print it in advance.
Order
From (1): specifying the sender's details, name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
To (2): checking and specifying the recipient's Google Geocoding address details, with particular attention to the apartment number, floor, etc. Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
Package (3): specifying the contents of the package. The partners' terms and conditions contain a list of materials excluded from transport. For information, contact the customer service of the relevant partner, request information from our AI assistant, or send an e-mail.
The date of package collection; if the time of day allows, a minimum 4-hour time interval must be specified, along with a note for the collection.
Partner quote (4): the freight charge amount.
Billing

Customer: For registered customers, billing details can be changed in the My Profile menu. Without registration, you can click on the customer field and edit the details if necessary. For a company invoice, providing the tax number is mandatory.
Payment method: Simple OTP (bank card) payment can be selected from the drop-down menu. Futárlista does not have access to your bank card details. If your bank card is not enabled for online purchases, please contact your bank. You currently cannot send a cash-on-delivery shipment through the Futárlista system. You cannot pay the courier. Shipping terms: you can read the Futárlista General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the partners' General Terms and Conditions by clicking on the links; they are also available in the menu bar. You can only complete the order after reading and accepting these documents.
Insurance:
In the Futárlista system, you cannot purchase additional insurance for shipments. This can be arranged through external insurance companies. The amount of the standard insurance coverage is specified in the partners' current General Terms and Conditions.
Order Details
The page contains the pickup and delivery details, the shipment parameters, and the billing details. The e-invoice and waybill can be displayed by clicking on download; you will also receive these documents by e-mail. Please print the waybill and hand it to the courier upon arrival. If you are unable to print it, the courier will not accept the shipment; there is no option to complete a waybill manually. For DPD, EXO, and GLS, the courier will bring the shipping label. If you have arranged the shipment on behalf of someone else, please inform the sender of the pickup time and send them the shipping documents.
If you have not received our e-mail, please check your spam settings. If you are registered, log in with your password and download the waybill from the list of shipments. If you have not registered, please send a message to info@futarlista.hu, including the known details of the shipment.
If the courier does not arrive within the specified time interval and you have not received notification of a different time, please let us know. Please note that you cannot arrange a new time directly with the courier. For a new pickup request or any modification, please contact us.
